Welcome to Coventry Oasis, a lakefront house in Highland Lakes that sleeps up to 12. Enjoy roomy, family-friendly spaces, a game room with ping pong, and access to a communal outdoor pool.
The Space:
Designed for easy gathering, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a relaxed, comfortable setting with soft carpets and cozy bedrooms—great for families and groups. The living areas flow for downtime and dining, with sliders from the primary suite opening to the outdoors so you can step out and take in the lakeside setting.
Head to the game room for a ping pong match, stream your favorites on the smart TV in the primary suite, or settle in by the outdoor fire pit after grilling dinner. A laptop-friendly workspace and complimentary Wi-Fi make it simple to check in with work if needed. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.
Outside, enjoy lake views from the property and community access to an outdoor swimming pool. Please note: due to low water levels, the water is not currently accessible from the property’s dock.

• Bedroom 3: Three bunk beds; ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Sleeps 6.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles — 2 garage spaces and 2 driveway spaces.
• Wi-Fi and Laundry: Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-home washer/dryer are available for guest use.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access parts of the home. Please see photos for reference.
• Lake & Dock: Water levels are currently at extreme lows; the water is not accessible from the property dock.
• Pool: Access is to a communal outdoor pool. Availability and hours may vary based on season and HOA operations.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Nearby recreation (about a 5-minute drive): Grelle Recreation Area (hiking and equestrian trails), Muleshoe Bend Recreation Area (seasonal bluebonnets and mountain bike trails), and Narrows Recreation Area (boat ramp and picnic spots).
