This area is better as we could acres to clean plates, glasses and usually food was replace in time. It also had a la cart good for the prestige, but...
"A really fabulous place to stay in Castelsardo. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Room was very spacious with a balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Great bathroom. Breakfast was provided. The hotel is situated 2 minutes from the bus stop and close to great bars and restaurants. The old town is a 10 minute walk away and worth visiting. Definitely worth a few days visit. Checkin was easy and efficient. Really enjoyed our stay here"

Tables all dirty and is not lack of staff as they are most time chatting between them or over their phone. There’s a lack management overall. We also stood at the prestige area. This area is better as we could acres to clean plates, glasses and usually food was replace in time. It also had a la cart good for the prestige, but in most cases food that was served is the same in the buffet… really disappointing.
I also had to change the room as they AC was not working, but my and my family had to sleep 2 night in one room with no AC as they try unsuccessfully to fix it.
Lastly and for that’s even worse if you have kids. The kids pool area open from 10-12 and 16-18. You get really stuck not doing much except going to the beach in case is not too windy which normally is. Again infra structure is good, but service is just non existing and food is quality and service is rather poor "
