The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. "I've picked this hotel because it is literally 10min walk to Negombo and it has several pools with warm sea water & thermal water. We've booked a Seaview room which had a truly amazing view and at that moment it was all I needed to rest my mind.
