Central Speyer Loft with Sauna & 4 Bedrooms

Stay in the heart of Speyer’s pedestrian zone in our loft for up to 10 guests. It has four bedrooms with queen beds (160 cm / about 63 in wide), a sofa bed in the living room (140 cm / about 55 in wide) and a spacious living and dining area. The loft is in a mixed-use building with shops and other commercial units.

Unwind in the sauna after exploring the city. Two separate showers and two separate toilets make sharing the space easier. You’ll also have a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washer and a dryer.

Two free underground parking spaces are provided for guests. Maximum clearance is 1.80 m (about 5 ft 11 in). The cathedral, cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The loft may have noise monitors that measure sound levels without recording voices or conversations.

Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. A 120 × 60 cm crib and a high chair are available on prior request. There are 2 workspaces and two hair dryers. Soap is provided at every sink, with shampoo and body wash in the showers.
