The view was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — everything was just a short tram or bus ride away, with grocery stores and restaurants conveniently within walking distance, and only steps from the famous Promenade. The host and caretaker were exceptionally responsive and cooperative, making us feel completely at ease. This was the perfect place to use as our base while exploring Nice, and if we return, we would choose this...

"The view was fantastic, and the host was very kind and polite. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and had air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus. While the building is quite old, it does have an elevator. The apartment could use some minor repairs, especially on the walls. Public transportation is conveniently close by, making it easy to get around."
