"We took our boat, great location to Lake Monroe. We had dinner at the Fairfax Bar and Grill. GREAT DINNER, food was delicious and great friendly service and it is dog friendly. Our cabin was fine for our needs. There were holes in the screen but a gentleman came and sprayed the wasps. Dog MUST be on leash."

"This property is just as described. Snuggled in the woods, the views from the many decks invite you to slow down and take it all in! This was our first family “girls trip” and we truly enjoyed both the abundance of gathering spaces but the privacy of us each having a bedroom and on-suite bathroom."

"This cabin and property are beautiful here, and the hospitality is wonderful. It’s a great, natural escape near Bloomington. There are some small minor maintenance issues that haven’t been addressed: a pocket door missing a fixture required to keep it on its track, two small, inhabited wasp nests on the inside of the partial screen by the bedroom window. "The property is private and serene, with bountiful wildlife. The cabin is exceptional, down to the condiments in the fridge to a swing bed on the screened in porch. Unusual things about the cabin was the communications with the owner, super helpful and detailed, a very complete coffee and tea bar, and the every area was very well stocked with every thing you need for a comfortable stay. "Beautiful property to hang out with family! The cabin itself included top notch appliances and was well stocked with any kitchen utensil you might need as well as coffee, tea, oils and spices. Living/dining area and bedrooms were comfortable and the playroom/office was a great addition for our 4 year old grandson. "Loved everything about it. Loved fishing in the pond. Love the cabin feel. Only complaint that people should know before booking is that there is no internet in the cabin and cellular service bad so there will be no internet but hey some people may enjoy that. Would still recommend."
