Welcome to our holiday home, an oasis of peace set in the unspoiled landscape of Umbria, located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building at the foot of Monte Subasio. You are in a strategic position: only 4 km from the medieval village of Spello and 6 km from the charming Assisi, two of the most visited places in the region.



The apartment is completely independent, with a private entrance and a large fenced garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying the view of the Umbrian hills, or having meals in the shade of a tree. The garden is also ideal if you are traveling with children or pets.



Inside, you will find comfortable spaces: a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining table and relaxation area, a cozy double bedroom with air conditioning, a second bedroom also with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings combine simplicity and warmth.



The location, immersed in the countryside but close to towns, allows you to enjoy a peaceful holiday without giving up the convenience of services and the opportunity to easily explore Umbria: from the trails of Monte Subasio Park to the food, wine, and cultural routes of the nearby cities.
