The apartment is located inside a finely restored country-style mill with stones and exposed beams, immersed in the Umbrian countryside among ancient olive trees. it is located in the upper part of the historic center of Spello, just outside the walls, at the beginning of a path that runs alongside the still visible Roman aqueduct. you can enjoy a panoramic view of Montefalco (8 km away), Spoleto (20km), Foligno (5 km). Assisi is located at 10 and can also be reached on foot by crossing a spectacular panoramic pedestrian path. The apartment is on the first floor, recently renovated and tastefully furnished, exposed beams and terracotta floors. the rooms are new and spacious.
