"Latham Inn needs a major overhaul. Everything seems old. The wiring on a lamp seemed to short out and the light would go out. Fan in bathroom was noisy. No additional set of towels for the 3rd person as my reservation stated. The only good thing was the manager was very nice. "

"The rooms are spacious and had everything i needed for a 10 day stay. The pool was nice. The daily breakfast was good. The staff are really friendly. The only area i can see needs improvement is housekeeping. The room was serviced late if at all, one day our garbage and towels were changed but the bed left unmade. Not a big deal but you would think housekeeping would make the bed if seen undone.
I will return!!!!"

"Tina was very friendly and showed us around the b&b when we arrived. Breakfast was very good, especially the blueberry pancakes, and the room comfortablr and very clean. The only downside is the neighbourhood which is not very nice, however it's not far from the city centre but you wouldn't want to walk there at night time."
