"The listing said sleeps 10 but that included using couches. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, lack of soap in showers and watered down soap on bathroom sinks. No clear instructions on use of TV and no response when called for instructions. No toaster Fixing these things will certainly improve the renters experience. Thank you. "

"Eva was an amazing host and an incredible cook! We didn't know what to expect, but the place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and her hospitality and friendliness above and beyond. It's close to a few towns but also close to a lot of must see nature areas. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Incredibly sweet host. So caring and you can tell she genuinely loves having guests. Such a delicious breakfast each morning and excellent communication. House was immaculate and in prime location for attractions like the famous Bellvale creamery, Warwick drive in, and adorable fall activities which were recommended by our host. 10/10 experience and looking forward to returning:)"

"This sweet little spot was fantastic for my time in Warwick. Very well appointed with lots of details and perks for travellers. Private and cozy. And a parking spot is a total highlight and a luxury. As advertised, it is on top of a wine bar, so if you are early to bed, or a light sleeper, do bring earplugs. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was super clean and very spacious, not to mention fantastically unique. The location could not have been better with a one-block walk into town. "Honestly, this place was perfect. From the moment you pull in the driveway- everything is well kept starting with the landscaping and sidewalks to the kitchen/bedroom and deck outside. They make the most of the interior space as well and thought about so many details (they had dishwashing gloves!). The beds were comfy and the views were incredible. We plan on staying here again!"
