Located near Sligo Marina and just 15 minutes from downtown Smithville, you'll be close to the lake, dining, shopping, and some of Middle Tennessee's best outdoor adventures.

This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home sleeps up to 11 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and additional twin beds, plus a sleep sofa.

The large living room is made for gathering, with plenty of seating, a fireplace, TV, and pool table for a little friendly competition. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, while Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, heating, and air conditioning make longer stays comfortable and convenient.
Outside is where vacation mode really begins. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, grill dinner on the deck, or simply take in the peaceful wooded surroundings and lake views. An outdoor shower is also available—perfect after a day spent swimming, boating, or exploring.

Ready to hit the water? Sligo Marina is just down the road and offers pontoon rentals, making it easy to spend the day cruising Center Hill Lake. The home is also close to Ragland Bottom Recreation Area for swimming, fishing, boating, picnicking, and enjoying the lake.

There's plenty to explore beyond the lake, too. Play a round at Honky Tonk National Golf Course, rent kayaks and paddle the Caney Fork River with Canoe the Caney, or spend the day hiking and sightseeing at Rock Island State Park, Burgess Falls State Park, Window Cliffs State Natural Area, and Edgar Evins State Park.
