"We loved this farmhouse it was very cute and clean and the host thought of every detail we saw tons of deer and hummingbirds and bunnies.... a storm knocked out the modem and terry and kevin called someone to fix it immediately!!! loved sitting on front porch and or back porch so serene... we didn't want to leave after our week was over ... only suggestion would be a bigger bed in main bedroom "

"This place is truly a hidden gem. Tucked away in a peaceful setting but close to downtown Sparta! You can listen to the sounds of the river from the front porch. The place feels more like a cozy home instead of a house with everything you need for your stay. There is a great pavilion area set up nicely for gatherings. "We rented the house for a brother’s weekend getaway. Steve was very accessible re: communication (access codes, how to use amenities on property, etc). The location is excellent, the property is well-maintained & well-stocked…kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, plenty of bedding, even fire starters & seasoned firewood for the outdoor fire pit are on-site. Very nice experience!"
