The door spring was damaged, the porch was full of trash. My parent needs ADA accommodations and this property has all the bedrooms up a very steep stair. VRBO should rate properties for accessibility and I would not rent this place. Especially since when I told the owner of our problems he was rude and offered no negotiation on even a partial...
