"Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place."

"This is a nice older home on a beautiful property in central Peoria. We lived in Peoria for 30 years and came back for a family wedding. We arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the property as the driveway is shared with another home or you can come in from the street behind. Also, all of the smoke alarms have been removed. "
