"Lovely house and property with a huge yard. Very clean!! It was easy to check in and out. There is no WiFi and the service is spotty but it wasn’t much of an issue for us. Our dogs loved the yard. We grilled and had a fire each night and swam in the lake every day (we walked down a bit to get to the more swim-able part of the beach). Only thing that would improve this place for us would be a fenced in area of the yard for our pips—then it would be perfect!"

"We absolutely loved this quaint cottage. There were so many thoughtful details such as small flashlights on the bedside tables, q-tips in the bathroom, plenty of dishes and cookware, a picnic table to enjoy meals outside and a beautiful view. We felt so comfortable and the property was quiet which we loved. Communication was excellent with the hosts. I would recommend this stay to anyone. We are hoping to come back this fall! "

"We were just passing through and needed to sleep for the night. We arrived after midnight and left around 9:00am. But my whole family found the cabin so delightful, we wished we could have stayed much longer. It's far nicer than the description and photos suggest.If we ever pass this way again, we'll be sure to book this cabin and plan a longer visit. "

"Clean, quiet, and comfortable family stay. It was just the right amount of space for the 8 of us, the elevated kitchen table was a great place to visit, eat, and play games. Communication was prompt and helpful, would recommend staying here. "

"Our family of 8 adults enjoyed our stay in this lovely home conveniently located for the things we wanted to do (day trips to Kitchi-ti-kipee, Menominee). We also enjoyed Leigh's Wine garden downtown, Sand Point lighthouse, multiple outings to the beach in Gladstone, and Barn on the Bay for ice cream. We were visited by Mama deer and two fawns in the backyard. The house had plenty of space for cooking meals, storing gear for 8 people, and parking for two vehicles in a nice, quiet neighborhood."

"We came for a lityle getaway to relax and wind down between a busy summer and the start of our daughter's senior year. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot. Both cottages were just as described and the seperate bunkhouse was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space. The little deck over looking the river was the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and abook. Deb was very communicative and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. We left a hat behind and she texted...

"My house burned down and I could not find a furnished place to rent that would take small dogs. Bridgette was amazing! This place calmed my soul during a very sad and crazy time for me! It was perfect! The sunrises were the most amazing every single morning! I have hundreds of pictures!!! I can’t thank you enough Bridgette! 💗💗💗"
