"Beautiful resort about a 20 minute walk to old town up a hill. Just enough time to wear off dinner. The rooms are clean, modern and a beautiful deck. The restaurant at the resort was also very good. Plus the mini bar is complimentary with wine, beer, sodas and treats which was a nice touch. "
"The host was very kind and the breakfast buffet absolutely amazing.
The room -- very clean -- had a balcony with seaview over the roof in front.
The parking right by was very practical and not expensive.
Would recommand without a doubt.

-The appartement we booked (sea view) was not available, so we were placed in a basement room. It seems that this is common practice (flagship appartement when booking and then being placed wherever available). The room was kind of dirty (stains on the wall, on the drapes, mold in the bathroom), the furniture is old and cheap, f.e. toilet seat was broken, mattress old and uncomfortable, bedsheets that are not wide...
"I had great time, but the hotel was overbooked so we stayed in totally diferent room i place near by but the common areas was pretty cool with several pools and a lot of Green areas. The staff was too confused and looked like they dont speak my language very well even if its in Bulgaria. The room had everything we needed just they can improve the cleaning in the bathroom"
"Sehr gute Lage, sauberer Strand vor der Tür, Altstadt von Nessebar ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Großes Lob für die Küche und das Personal im Restaurant. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Einziges Problem: nicht genug Stauraum für Kleidung und Unterwäsche. Die Animation war zu wenig."
" It was high light off our trip to Bulgaria to stay in this hotel . Front desk friendly staff , Valentin our concierge and parking attendant , went well beyond for us to feel comfortable and safe to show us a parking place . And later in the evening , he drove us on hotel electric car and explained directions to local famous sights . Friendly restaurant personal always attended our questions , food was great and affordable . Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, including very useful...

"Vastaanotto auki 24/7 joten myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen sujui hyvin. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja siivoojat siistivät huoneen päivittäin, siellä oli raikas tuoksu. Ruoka ei ollut suomalaiseen makuun kovin hyvää ja lounaalla ja illallisella aina samat ruoat lähes päivittäin. Aktiviteetit ei myöskään toteutuneet kun ei tarpeeksi osallistujia. Sijainti oli hyvä ja oma yksityinen ranta omalla rantabaarilla plussaa."
"Hotel lobby and lobby bar staff was very friendly. Staff in the top restaurant was mainly very unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome there at all. Hotel was nice and clean but the floor of our Hotel room was very dirty during our stay. It should be vacuumed daily in the summer time. Also shower was a bit mouldy. Food was mainly good. Location very nice, it was easy to walk everywhere. Room was nice and quiet and the Air conditioning worked perfectly. "
