"The area is very tropical and the birds were absolutely breathtaking. It wasn't as close to the shopping area as I thought it was but I'm not familiar with metric measurements. "Unique tranquil setting with spectacular views over the valley. Spa facilities a must do as well as a stint in the hot tub overlooking the valley with a view of the Gold Coast at night glittering in the distance. Bird calls, fabulous trees and a drift of leaves coming down form the trees. "

"The WOTIF booking confirmation stated "The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 10 PM" so I was shocked to be berated for being late on my arrival. While I had stated I would be there at 3pm, there were a number of delays during my trip. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to on arrival (maybe organise self check-in like every other self-managed property in the world). As well I was probably able to find the bathroom and see there was a bath. A compendium would be more appropriate to...
