"The condo was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/utensils to cook your own meals. Its a great place to get away with the family in nature, play board games and just spend time together."

"Fred was an amazing host and very communicative. We had a great stay with family over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was stocked really well which was an added plus! "

"Nice cabin with relaxing stream close to the outdoor amenities (Hot tub and fire pit). Accessible location with easy access to attractions in the laurel highlands. "

"Perfect spot for our summer family reunion ... half from the East coast, the rest from Ohio. We enjoyed swimming (yes, the pool water was cold but super refreshing on hot days), fire pit, spacious kitchen for cooking, breezeway with extra ovens and refrigerator. The big living room was fun for family games and just hanging out. Gorgeous views, loved the sound of the stream nearby. "Trail" goes up to a meadow, but looked like it had not been mowed, so will say with other reviewers that the trail...

"This was the perfect property for our last minute late winter ski trip. We had everything we needed, beds were comfy, shower was awesome, electric fireplace was cozy. Coffee maker was both regular carafe and kcups, so that was nice. Easy to use the shuttle to get back and forth from the resort."

"Overall a very pleasant stay. Check-in was a simple process. Our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to gather in the large living room area. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed (extra points for having both Keurig-style and a regular drip coffee makers!). Communication with the owner was generally good, except when she was briefly out of the country for professional business reasons. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not working properly, but after...

"Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet. Lots of wildlife. Really nice that each room has their own heating/air conditioning unit. "

"The townhouse was cozy and clean and as advertised. The outside needed grass cut and weeding but inside was nice. If you like ultra firm mattresses, this place is for you !"

"This is our third visit staying at this cabin for family gatherings and we love it! Great wooded location, plenty of sleeping space, clean hot tub, cozy firepit area and good times. Thank you, Beth, for being a fantastic host!"

"My daughter is a student athlete at Seton Hill U and we stayed here for a few days while she recovered from ACL surgery. This home was very accommodating for our needs. All one level living with 2 full baths. Place was new and clean. Owner was responsive when needed and so nice, providing extra ice in the freezer for my daughter’s recovery. One thing to consider is that there are just the basics in the kitchen so if you plan on cooking alot during your stay, you should know that in advance....

"As advertised! Beautiful home, very clean and gorgeous views. Perfect for a family girls weekend! Teenager friendly, the girls never left the basement & had a blast! The added touch of the welcome basket was so appreciated. As it was the off season, we were able to take full advantage of the home and surrounding walking trails. Our own private mountain getaway - would love to go back."

"My friends and I started for a weekend while skiing/ snowboarding at 7 springs and it was so amazing!! The check in process was so smooth. There is ample parking right in front of the place. We used the shuttle and it cane at least every 5 min and it was a short shuttle ride to the resort. I would recommend to anyone! The checkout process was also very smooth and uncomplicated (which is a huge perk compared to other stays I have had). "
