"Truly on the waterfront with a gorgeous view across the Grand River, we enjoyed a relaxing view. High tide, low tide were all fabulous. Much wildlife kept us entertained. Incredibly quiet location! Conveniently located to explore the western half of Prince Edward Island -- 3 day trips to a variety of provincial parks, beaches, harbors, agriculture, aquaculture & wind farms were a few sights during our travels."

"Beautiful home. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Owners thought of everything you could possibly need while staying here. Lots of games, books, puzzles for rainy days. Loved exploring the sand bar for sea glass. Huge, private property. Bonfire pit, hot tub, bbq and so much more. Very relaxing. Would highly recommend. Loved everything about it. "

"We had a fabulous stay! The cottage is gorgeous, it had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies, there were plenty of linens and towels. A nice surprise was the availability of beach chairs in the outside deck box. It’s a quiet location, with a great view. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back! "It was lovely! The location was beautiful! The ocean view and view of the Confederation Bridge were wonderful! The cottage was very clean and had everything you could need. Parking is directly in front of the cottage so easy to bring things in from the car. The communication with the property was always answered very quickly and they were super helpful. We had a wonderful time and would go back again! It can get breezy so bring a sweater for the evening! "

"Nice quiet location. Adorable cottage with a very homey feel. Donna is a very caring host and great with communication. The cottage was well stocked with all essentials. She went so far as to stock the fridge with condiments (Mustard, ketchup, relish, mayo, bbq sauce, butter, jam, coffee). All of this was a wonderful surprise to us. If you are looking for a comfortable cottage to relax in then this is the place for you."

We sat on the back deck and watched the sun setting over the water every evening and watched the sunrise from the front deck every morning. We traveled all over the island and were happy to have the house to come back to each afternoon. We appreciated having the long set of steps to get us down to the beach. "This house is hands down the nicest place we have stayed at in PEI. Location is perfect - walkable to Cousins Shore beach and right next to Cousins pond. About 15 min to Kensington and 25 min to Summerside. We had easy access to Sandspit amusement park as well. The house itself is beautiful - even better in person than the photos. It is fully equipped with everything you need. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into preparing the house for guests. Our kids' favourite was the pool...

"This was a family trip to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday. It was a house and setting worth the big event. The views are unbeatable and the house was phenomenal. What a beautifully decorated and inviting place. The kitchen was wonderfully supplied with pots, dishes etc. We had great meals that we prepared there and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. It is very close to all the L.M.Montgomery and Anne of Green Gables sites. I would love to stay here again. Next time I would plan more time to sit on...
