"Good location, the property is well-maintained but their were obvious signs of ageing. The extra fee if you are late checking out that increases with time was a bit steep. We did'nt dine in the restaurant but it looked nice , but did seem a bit expensive with a focus on the Marron that they grow, If you are lucky enough to catch a fish they will prepare it for a fee. The bed was not very comfortable with a hard mattress. Their is a electric banket provided. The heater worked quickly to warm...
"Parking was easy, staff super friendly, restaurant was amazing and definitely underrated! Location was also good, close to the two truffle experience places we came here for.. Unfortunately we had terrible neighboring guests loud and kids banging on the walls and doors, blasting music and screaming for over an hour late night, but it wasn’t the accommodation’s fault…"
"We really enjoyed our stay, we had a Forrest view room which was lovely being able to sit out on the deck in the afternoon. The continental breakfast was great and the staff where friendly and helpful, especially after I left some belongings behind which they were happy to return by post. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
"The Room was excellent for a beach location in a reasonably remote Area. The Breakfast is unbelievably Good , incredible !.
We had an issue with our overall Trip due to a Storm. The Host - “ Anna “ was incredibly Helpful to us sorting out some alternative arrangements. I would recommend a stay at Windrose if you find yourselves in “ Denmark “."
