The open concept first floor has an entertaining focused kitchen that opens to the deck, with living room and dining room also connected to the kitchen. Water views from every room on the first floor, including a stunning master suite positioned waterside where you can open large double doors or any number of windows to hear the waves just 50 paces away at high tide. The Master bath includes a rain shower and custom stone tile.

The upstairs offers two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with two of the three overlooking the Atlantic. Every closet is handcrafted with ample shelve and hanger space. The house has central heating and cooling with 3 separate zone. Laundry on the second floor as well.

Outdoor amenities include a detached, heated and cooled bunk house containing four beds perfect for kids or grandkids to have their own sleeping space. When not enjoying the beach, your outdoor time can be spent on the expansive deck. A generator ensures uninterrupted comfort year round.

Parking on property for two large or three smaller cars. Please do not park in front of the garage doors or block access in the driveway, as the property care taker may need access to the garage space. Property care taker will not access the house during your stay, they will access the garage. Tenants will not have access to the garage areas. Over flow parking is available for free 1/8 of a mile away at the Hendricks Head town beach.
