A Picturesque Cottage on Capitol Island, Maine

Capitol Island is the epitome of quintessential Maine! Capitol with a Sea cottage is situated just above the docks at the island marina and community house. It`s a short walk from a sandy beach. A little bit further down the small island is the tennis court, a half-court for basketball and swing sets. Continue on to the end to find `Back Beach` and another dock. This island backdrop not only makes for picture-perfect views but for memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.

The cottage is a typical Maine island-style cottage. Upstairs bedrooms have traditional open ceilings. Water on both sides of the cottage with a sunny large deck and a covered front porch.

After booking, you’ll receive a message prompting you to complete a short verification process through our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. As part of this step, you’ll have the option to either purchase a low-cost damage waiver or provide a refundable security deposit. This is required to finalize your reservation and helps protect both you and the property during your stay.
