The Space:

Single-level living in a renovated cedar-shake cottage on a private, landscaped lot.



GREAT ROOM. Open living and dining with a wood-burning brick fireplace, wall-mounted TV, and a wide sofa. The dining table seats six and flows into the kitchen.



KITCHEN. Renovated with a gas range, full-size refrigerator, subway-tile backsplash, and stone counters. Coffee maker, toaster oven, and full cookware.



BEDROOMS. Three bedrooms sleeping six. Primary with a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom with a queen. Bunk room with a bunk bed for children or extra guests.



BATHROOMS. One and a half baths. Full bath with a glass shower and marble-top vanity. Powder room off the living area.



OUTDOORS. Heated gunite pool with a stone patio and lounge seating. Awning-covered deck with an outdoor sofa and dining for six. Built-in gas grill station. Outdoor shower. Pool shed for storage. Front covered porch with rockers.



CLIMATE. Central air conditioning throughout.



Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Pool is open and heated seasonally, typically mid-May through late September, weather dependent. Off-season the pool is closed and covered.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $218 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. (We only allow small dogs)

- For stays of 21 days or more, utility expenses, including electricity and gas/oil charges, will be calculated based on the actual duration of the guest's stay upon receipt of the utility bills from the Owner.

- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Laundry is located in the basement of the home and is accessed through a separate entrance.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
