"Communication with the host was great. They even did special touches to help us celebrate a birthday. It was a cute bnb in a cute quiet neighborhood. Very lovely little space that could sleep a family. Very pleasant overall. Loved meeting puppies of other visiting guests. Though there were spider webs around baseboards and in the bathroom. We had to kill a black widow we found in the bathroom. Other than that, it was great. Would love to visit again. "

"We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay was perfect. The accommodations were very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The space was bigger than the pictures. There was a lot of attention to detail; the owners thought of everything. Martha checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed. She accommodated an early checked in and had excellent communication. We would definitely recommend. By the way Eagle Airport is less than a mile away but we never heard the planes. The hot tub was very relaxing...
