"Excelente localização, cama confortável, banheiro com ducha maravilhosa , limpeza diária, abertura de cama. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Lobby bastante movimentado ppr causa do bar. Com certeza me hospedaria novamnete."

"Comfortable is what best describes Maison de La Luz. All areas are very clean and well decorated. The location is good. The room was comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. There’s a happy hour every afternoon with complimentary wine, cheese and grapes and we enjoyed that. Coffee and milk was delivered every morning to our room (the only thing that didn’t happen as expected because we had to call twice for it). "

"The Natchez is the only property I will stay at when I’m in New Orleans. The property is amazing and aesthetically pleasing! Great service, cool outdoor area with a pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, and enough outdoor space to lounge and chill. Our girls trip was a huge success and everyone was comfortable and thoroughly pleased with our stay at The Natchez. Do yourself a favor and look no further for a place to lay your head. I’m confident you’ll enjoy the experience while creating lasting memories...

"The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot"

Stayed during July 4th weekend, and found the walls are thin and can hear the very loud neighbors and smell their marijuana/cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable, extra linens and towels were available, all kitchen items supplied. Would stay here again."
