"Hotel staff was not very accommodating. For example, the complementary coffee was empty. When we asked for more coffee, the employee said there should be more than enough, however, there wasn’t even enough for one cup. The hotel room suite should have mini Keurig to make our own coffee. There was no Keurig in our room."

It was not their fault, Expedia had the wrong info on their site but they took it upon themselves to ensure a solution. Every staff member we encountered said hello and was friendly. "Nice & clean hotel. Had to spend (1) night in Boise because motorcycle tire blew out. Hotel is actually in Meridian. Chris at the front desk was very accommodating (as was Tiffany). Had (2) very expensive motorcycles that we left outside - no issues. Area is very safe and centrally located with tons of restaurants, Walmart, etc. I'd stay there again passing through Boise! "
