"The lady that checked us in was wonderful. The room was very clean and spacious. However, breakfast/service was terrible. We went down for breakfast literally 15 minutes after they opened. There were only a few people there at the time. The buffet was completely out of bacon, potatoes and sausages and what was left of the eggs were very dried . Others came in behind me and we waited 20 minutes for the bacon and even longer for the sausage patties. I never saw anyone bring out potatoes. During...

The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "

"Me hospedei nesse hotel por duas noites e fiquei muito satisfeito, a começar pelo atendimento muito cordial na recepção. A internet no quarto era excelente e estava 100% disponível, as camas eram macias e confortáveis e o banheiro limpo e aparentava ter sido recentemente reformado. Em adição, o hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes, supermercados etc. Recomendo."
