Being so centrally located, you can easily explore Southend and its various attractions on foot. Southend Central train station is just 10 minutes walk away.



Other Things to Note:

There's a double sofa bed in the living room that can be made up for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).



Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
