"This place is a good value. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms. The beds are comfortable. The office was unstaffed but responsive through text. We had two rooms, the lock on our door was glitchy (had to try multiple times to get in each time), the fan in the bathroom was broken in one of them and the cleaning staff entered this morning several hours before checkout time (they knocked but didn’t wait for a response, were very apologetic.) These are minor things but why I rated a 4 instead of 5,...

"Property is new and some construction is ongoing. No receptionist or staff after hours. We did not realize that and arrived at the property at night. Got to sleep in our rental car. Reason given by staff that there was a lack of communication was when I reserved through Expedia my cell phone was not provided to them. Nice place. Units are individual tiny houses adjacent to the spa. Clean and maintained. Another negative is that they play elevator music on the property throughout the day and you...
