The TV and the ice machine were both not working, and the room did not have a blow dryer or a coffee maker. While the staff made a positive impression, the maintenance issues and missing amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope these issues are addressed because the customer service was good."

"This place is great, the staff is great and very helpful. However, they do not provide soap to shower. Even the lowest 1 star roach motels provide soap. We had to use hand soap to shower with. The staff said the owner will not provide soap. After a little google search, the owner is a billionaire and owns a soap company. It is weird but take your own soap!!"

"It’s a older building but for being in lava hotsprings and being close to everything it was great! And the food there should be 8 stars! I’ll definitely be back!"
