My only issue was parking. We got back after 11pm on Saturday and 1am on Sunday and there was no street parking. "We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. We did have trouble with the code and she called me immediately to get it figured out and we got in right away. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. It was a great space for 4 people with two beds & two full baths for a great price. It was a quick 5 minute Uber to downtown Fishtown or we even walked during...

"The over all property itself is a 4/4.5...not dissimilar to the Hotels in the area. The benefit here is if you are seeing a show at the Met. From the time I left the condo till I was inside the Met was 10 minutes. Lots of good places to eat around you. Parking is an issue if you are looking to get to the area close to show time. I've already booked my next stay for the next show."

"Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location."

"The property was very quiet at night. The unit was clean, shower was great! The only issue is parking. There is no parking in front (even though it says loading zone). It is difficult to get things from car to the front desk area unless someone is with you. The garage spaces could be better marked. Also concierge will not open garage at the end of your stay, so you have to find somewhere to park and take fob back to unit. Street parking is very difficult."
