"I was very disappointed with my first time visit. The pool and restaurant were not available. The room carpet was stained in several areas. The breakfast was very limited and dirty. The water in the bathroom sink was scalding to brush my teeth. The air conditioning was not good and could not be adjusted. The trash in the breakfast room was overflowing and the trash outside the door at the east side stairwell was very overflowing. Very disappointed and I would not stay there again…"

"Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?"

"The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. Then she rambles super fast about Breakfast and dinner and what's around. She just pointed which way to go and was like go down the hall make a left then right then go half way down I'm looking at her like lady I don't live here I'm new to this facility and she just rambled off a list of instructions and information.
