- While the street itself is quieter than the main road, this is still a central city location in a block of flats, so occasional urban noise may be heard, particularly at night. Guests who are light sleepers or working night shifts may wish to bring earplugs for extra comfort.

- NOT suitable for toddlers and young children, the first floor bay windows are around 2ft from the ground.

- 3 people max: 2 in the double bedroom one on the single sofa bed.
