Conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this family-friendly home is just a short distance from Shinnecock Bay and several restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and great attractions. You will find Meschutt Beach, Southampton Beach, Coopers Beach, downtown Southampton, Parrish Art Museum, Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge, and so much more!

This splendid home away from home offers great outdoor living with a sparkling in-ground pool, a hardwood pool deck with plenty of poolside loungers, and many outdoor dining areas so you can enjoy all of your meals alfresco. A gas grill is also provided for summertime barbecues!

Upon entering this two-story retreat, you will discover a spacious and bright open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and wall-to-wall sliders allowing easy access to the second-floor balcony, which overlooks the pool and offers loungers and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella. The welcoming living area invites you to relax with comfortable furniture strategically situated near a smart TV with streaming services. The home offers ductless a/c and heating units in each space so the whole family can get comfortable inside when the temperature outside changes. THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
The pool is open seasonally, weather permitting.
Currently, there is no washer/dryer available.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
