Recently renovated barns are perfect for a countryside retreat. Both barns have underfloor heating, a private garden areas with hot tubs (8am-10pm), an open plan kitchen/dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms and log burner. They share the same driveway which can accommodate at least seven cars.



This stunning barn conversion is thoughtfully split into two adjoining properties, offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy



Together, the property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, with the main barn providing a generous social hub including a large seating area and a 12-person dining table ideal for celebratory meals and relaxed evenings.



The Main Oaks Barn contains 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and The Piggery barn has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4).



Across both barns, there are six beautifully presented bedrooms designed for restful nights.



Three of the bedrooms can be configured as either:



• King-size beds

• OR two single beds (Twins)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Hot Tub Use



To ensure a peaceful environment for both our guests and our neighbours, the hot tub is available for use until 10:00 PM each evening. We kindly ask all guests to respect this restriction and avoid using the hot tub after 10:00 PM. This helps us maintain good relationships with our local community and ensures everyone can enjoy a relaxing stay.





Perfect for slow mornings, sunset drinks, and star-lit evenings in the hot tub.



All of the property duplex is on the ground floor, the only area upstairs is an additional seating/TV area which is up a spiral staircase.



Upon requests we can provide a travel cot for your infant. We do not, however, provide cot linen. The base is quite firm so many guests bring a small duvet to cushion this.



Our barns are based in the countryside in a quiet village, please respect our neighbours. Sorry, no parties!



We are lucky enough to have horses in the field next to the barns so no fireworks allowed.



You can easily enjoy nearby highlights like Durley village, Bishops Waltham, Marwell Zoo, or a day trip to the New Forest or Southampton.

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and to remain compliant with local health and safety regulations, the hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay.



If there is a same-day changeover prior to your arrival, the hot tub may require approximately 6–8 hours to reach its full temperature. Whilst we always aim to have it ready as soon as possible, it may not be fully heated on the first evening of your stay.



Each barn has its own garden space, allowing groups to enjoy both shared moments and quiet privacy.

Fire pit areas provide the perfect setting for:

Getting Around:

There is parking on the drive for 7 cars.



Southampton Airport is a 15 minute car journey away.



Hedge End train station is 5 minutes from the barns by car.



There is a bus stop around the corner outside the village hall which is for the X10 bus. This goes to Bishops Waltham one way and through to Southampton the other.



Other Things to Note:

Important Notes



Set in a quiet countryside location, please respect neighbours - please vacate the hot tubs by 11pm and keep noise outside respectful to a minimum.



Horses in neighbouring fields, no fireworks permitted



Outdoor noise to be kept low after 10pm



Parties may be permitted at the host’s discretion — please discuss prior to booking



Please note: 1-night stays may be available on occasion, subject to request and availability.

➞ Our properties are protected by Safeguest. Please note that once you have booked, you will need to submit your details to Safeguest and lodge a damage deposit of £350 or select a protection option.

Please note that check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If you arrive after 9:00 pm, our office will be closed and our team will not be available to assist by phone, as we are unable to provide out-of-hours support.
