This holiday lodge is ideally placed for visiting the New Forest, Portsmouth, Beaulieu and the sea at Southampton.. Ground Floor:

Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Sun Room.

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet, Grab Rail

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed

Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair. Garden with garden furniture (shared with owners). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Situated in the grounds of the owners’ property, this detached lodge was formerly the coach house and stables. It has an attractive angular living room with windows all around giving a sunny aspect and offering views over the garden. Positioned on a private road, convenient for the M27 and M3, the holiday cottage is ideally placed for visiting the New Forest, 10 mins, the historic ships at Portsmouth, Beaulieu with its Motor Museum, the sea at Southampton with its ocean yachts, and beaches locally. Winchester 7 miles. Shop 300 yards, pub ½ mile.

Lovely cottage.

Lovely cottage.Great location, A bit tricky to get up the drive maybe shrubbery needs a trim.Bit over equipped for a cottage that sleeps 3 lots of crockery and not enough cupboard space for food.Otherwise a great place to use as a base. Would recommend.

Beautiful property in an excellent location

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Ayla and Mike are great hosts and were so helpful with their knowledge of the area. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous for visiting so many places close by. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful holiday Ayla and Mike. See you soon Martin, Debs and Millie moo 😊

Lovely cottage in a quiet neighborhood

The house and the hosts were excellent. The cozy little cottage had all the amenities to cook full meals. There is a little clothes washer and a rack to dry your clothes outside. The best part of this house is the wonderful communication and care from the hosts. They made us feel like we were staying with friends.

Lovely little cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation was perfect for our family, including our dog. We are also very grateful for the use of the garage to store our bikes. The host was very accommodating and their approach to bedding etc in the current climate was commendable.

The cottage looked so welcoming when we arrived - with a Christmas tree in the window, and it was warm and cosy. Ayla the owner was very friendly and advised us where we could dine that evening. The cottage is very well equipped, has everything you could possibly need and is very dog friendly. It was easy to connect to the new WiFi and the signal was excellent. There was some traffic noise from the nearby roads when in the single bedroom but the cottage itself is in a very secluded position. We loved our 3 night stay here and would certainly like to return. A great base for exploring Hampshire, Test Valley and the New Forest. Many thanks.

The owners of the coach House were very helpful and friendly. It is in good location for exploring the Dorset coast and Portsmouth. The cottage is very well equipment my only slight criticism would be to create more cupboard space to store food. The cottage ha a lovely outside space in the owners garden and we really enjoyed sitting in beautiful sun room. A very enjoyable week.

Second stay here. It is a lovely cottage , the best we have stayed in. Do not be put off by the busy roads nearby because the Coach House is an oasis on the also lovely property of the owners with easy access to all the surrounding areas of Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Sussex.

ein Cottage zum Wohlfühlen

Es ist ein schönes, gemütliches, großzügiges und nett eingerichtetes Haus. Alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. In der Küche fehlt nichts...selbst Spülmittel und Geschirrhandtücher sind da. Ein toller Backofen ...also alles was eine Hausfrau so braucht. Selbst Handtücher bekommt man gestellt und Bettwäsche...also wirklich toll..Vielen herzlichen Dank. Haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Waren auch nette Vermieter die kamen und nachgefragt haben ob alles ok ist oder was fehlt. Es ist sogar eine kleine Sitzecke im Garten vorhanden. Bei schönem englischen Wetter kann man draussen sitzen. Es sind auch schöne Städte zu besichtigen. Winchester, Southamphton, Bournmouth, Isle of Weight.... Ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
