The separate third bedroom makes this home ideal for families with teenagers, grandparents wanting their own space, or two families holidaying together.

The home features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a commercial-grade freestanding oven, a large sunny dining area, and a very comfortable lounge room. For year-round comfort, there is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

From the lounge, step out onto the undercover deck and enjoy views across Trial Bay and Arakoon National Park—perfect for relaxing with a drink while cooking on the large hooded 6-burner gas BBQ.

Sleeping arrangements:
Main bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, and TV
Second bedroom: Trio bunk (single on top, double on bottom) plus an extra single bed, with ceiling fan
Third bedroom: Located at the rear in a separate cabin, with air conditioning and a queen bed

This property sleeps up to 8 guests.

The main bathroom has a separate shower and bath, with the toilet located next door.
The laundry is outside and includes an additional shower and separate toilet, this serves as the second bathroom.

This is a pet-friendly property with a fenced dog run. Please note that only the dog run is fenced, not the entire yard. Pets must remain outdoors at all times under no circumstances are pets allowed inside the house.

Outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after the beach
