Misty's Beachside Cottage - walk to the beach

This well-located property is just eight doors back from the pristine beaches of South West Rocks and only a short stroll to the sands of Main Beach. Park the car and walk to everything – cafes, restaurants, shops, the local pub, and the surf club are all within easy reach.

The large open living area, with a flat-screen TV, opens onto a huge rear deck with an outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sea breezes in comfort and shade while cooking on the BBQ. The enclosed rear yard provides plenty of space for the kids to play.

Featuring brand new fittings, appliances, and timber floors throughout, the home offers a large bathroom with a clawfoot bath and a separate, spacious shower. An extra toilet is conveniently located in the laundry, and there’s also an outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

With room for two cars on the driveway, please note that boats should be parked outside the front gates. This property is strictly limited to a maximum of 8 people.

Please Note: 'Misty's Beachside Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
