"We had a wonderful stay while attending a wedding at watermouth cove. The view from our room was incredible, the room was super spacious and comfortable and the hospitality from Chris including a very hearty and delicious breakfast was superb. It’s also in a beautiful quiet location right next to a cove where you can walk and swim."

"I originally stayed at this B&B about 20 years ago while walking the coastal path, & decided to return as the village was in an ideal place for our touring holiday. The steep driveway & smallish space made for tricky parking with a large car, but doable. Our room was clean & comfortable, if a little dated in style. The owners were welcoming & helpful. Breakfast the next morning set us up for the day. We had a meal in the pub near the beach, & took a stroll around the village."

Staff were great especially Lorraine, who gave us a great welcome to the hotel and gave my wife a picture of Elvis when we left, because my wife was wearing an Elvis t-shirt. Lots of veggie options on the breakfast menu. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a bath in room 1."

"The place itself is unique, very quiet amazing views all around, very clean inside the apartment and the place is very nice, the owners are amazing, kind , lovely people, can’t wait to visit them again, we can highly recommend it to anyone interested visiting this part of the country. "Room tired, very hot as upstairs. No fan, ironing board or iron. No mini fridge to store cold drinks. Room very small, uneven floor with shower over the bath. Staff were nice and friendly. Bar and restaurant not great. Ran out of glasses, coffee machine was broken. Food ok but not great. items not available at 6pm on a Friday evening. Breakfast items not available."

"Nice position above the town and for exploring the local area. Expect to be challenged by the odd hill or two but you are rewarded by fantastic views. The deluxe studio was small and well equipped but not really “deluxe”. If you moderate your expectations this place provides everything you need for a stay in the area."

"Perfect for a golfer in town. The staff were very pleasant and the bathroom was solid. The below average pillows were the only criticism I would have to be honest. Would return on my next golfing visit. Easy access into town. Great parking space."

"Very nice room with sea view, unfortunately very steep stairs to get there and as suffering mobility issues, not the best, although staff were not aware. Breakfast excellent, and evening meal for 7 highly commented on favourably, hot plates and food. Unfortunately a bout of food poisoning occurred overnight, although the source cannot be confirmed but suspected. Would recommend and stay again. Chair to be placed in room in September after renovations will be a bonus."

"Facilities were excellent something for everyone. Plenty of kids entertainment on site and outside. Indoor pool was lovely. The restaurant food and breakfast was very freshly prepared and full of flavour. Great choice! The staff were really welcoming and friendly they made you feel comfortable. I will 100% return due to the above and general location of the hotel a walk away from the beach. Very happy ."
