"Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely quiet peaceful break with lovely walks right on your doorstep.. we will be back for sure "

"We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse . Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property . "The only thing we didn't like about this hotel was the limited parking at the hotel however saying that the nearby local station (tourist train) is free parking between 6pm and 9am so it wasn't a problem and we paid for an additional couple of hours the following morning at a cost of £2.50.
