Bright and Spacious Near Beaches on Lt. Island (1694)

This contemporary 4 bedroom 3 bath home on Lieutenant Island was built in 1994, is light and airy, nicely furnished, has all the usual amenities and is fairly private. The island's lovely sandy beaches can be reached by paths over the dunes in about 5 minutes. There are two decks, a large deck with access from the living room and smaller deck on the second floor, off the primary bedroom. The main floor, which has a wall A/C unit, has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living areas with sliders leading to the first floor deck as well as one bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a king bed, a deck and an adjoining bath as well as two more bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twin beds with another bath. The primary bedroom, with the king bed, also has a window A/C unit. By car it is 10-15 minutes to beaches at the ocean and ponds and to Wellfleet Center. Access to and from Lieutenant Island may be delayed for 1-2 hours at high tides as the road leading to and from the bridge may be underwater. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.
