"Staff is terrific; very helpful! They offer a shuttle (for most of the day) that can take you anywhere on the island. Pool is small, but we spent most of our time on the beach so didn’t matter to us. They also offer a service to have chairs and umbrellas brought to the beach for you and they set them up and take them back at the end of the day as well. Really great service!"

"Hotel está envelhecido e mal cuidado. Após a primeira noite, não sei qual problema ocorreu, mas os quartos só foram limpos as 19:00h, após muito insistência. Fiquei das 16h as 19h esperando a limpeza, a intenção nossa era descansar esse período para passear a noite, o que acabou não acontecendo. "Although the location was great and the hotel was beautiful, the lack of management made it a bad experience. No one was never around, and the breakfast was a joke. They say they offer a continental breakfast but it was nothing of that. There was only a basket with a few horrible products, and even a milk that was out of date and crunched. I have never seen anything like that. They say breakfast is served from 9:00 to 10:00- which was odd- and there was no one around to serve us. The first day...
