"This was a great property! Beautiful and spacious enough for our family of four. Owner had quick communication when I panicked and could not find the property after GPS took me clear to the other side of town . We didn’t use the dock and such bc 1. I didn’t ask where it was and 2. We were busy and didn’t stay in too much. All in all, No complaints. Would definitely stay again!Thanks for having us!"

"The house is beautiful and was perfect for our yearly trip to Lake Gaston. The house and dock are perfect Kara was very responsive helpful before and during our stay. We will definitely rebook!"

"Although a short stay, we absolutely loved this property!! The house was beautiful and the property was amazing! We rented the pontoon boat as well and had a wonderful time! It was especially nice sitting out by the water with the firepit at night! Would definitely recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay - the house was amazing! We had four families with young adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location on the lake was perfect for just hanging out on the dock, floating in the water, or hoping on our boat for some skiing and tubing. The house had all the amenities you could ask for, just like being at home. Bob and Rosemary were fantastic hosts—very responsive and accommodating. A great time was had by all, and we would absolutely stay again."

"The house was incredibly spacious with wonderful access to the lake. We were impressed with all of the labels on the light switches and how comfortable the house was. looking forward to a return visit!"

"We had a great week (July 2025)! Perfect size house for our family of 6. House was well appointed and maintained. Excellent outdoor areas (boathouse and patio). Fun game room/tv room in basement. Good beds and baths. Loved location near Eaton Ferry Marina and mid-lake. One small downside is the shallow/mucky water off the dock, but you only have to go out a short way to get to great spots for swimming/floating, which we did all day. Owner was very responsive to all my messages, including...

"Great location on the lake, nice private yard for the dog, it was just the two of us and the dog. Great kitchen stocked with everything you need. Really nicely decorated with many books, games and puzzles. Not a speck of dirt anywhere in the house, very very clean! Thanks for a great vacation!"
