This is a tough review to have to write, it was a family trip and were excited about the unit. However, from the moment we got to the parking lot and saw several balconies that were under construction and had Tyvek paper flapping in the wind, we realized something was wrong. They limit how much I can type, so I will try to go over the big issues and have photos to back it all up. We were told we could get a keyless entry, then were told we had to go in to La Copa's office to get keys first. I got the keys, got to the unit, keys didn't work, but there was a keypad. I called the office, they argued about the keypad saying it didn't exist, but after I insisted I was staring at it, they gave me a code and we got in. In to a filthy unit that had black hair all over the ground, scuff marks on all walls (magic erasers?), and white stains on couch and chairs. A leak started from unit above and into the living room. Safety issues: the vertical blinds had chains that were unattached and on the first night, the chain caught my pinky toe causing an injury. The rails on front and back balconies are not secured at the bottom and are loose. There are plastic tile dividers sticking out throughout the condo which can cut your feet. The bunk beds were not but together properly, missing screws and dowels. The top bunk had a warning label saying the mattress needed to be 5 in below the frame, it was barely 2. One of our 12 year old's fell off, and more. We reported all incidents to La Copa.
