This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom condo provides plenty of room for families or groups, with each bedroom featuring a private bath for added convenience and a half-bath for guests. Located on the second floor, it offers private balconies off the living room and primary bedroom to enjoy Gulf Blvd views and refreshing ocean air, with elevator access for easy entry. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while a washer and dryer in each unit add extra comfort. Pet-friendly and complete with WiFi, the building features a pool exclusively for guests, on-site parking, and elevator access. Designed for comfort and ease, this spacious retreat has everything you need for a memorable beachside stay.



Guest Access:

Sea Haven Villas are overseen by La Copa Vacations feature digital keypad locks. After you've submitted all necessary paperwork and settled your fees, you'll receive an email from La Copa Vacations. This email will include detailed entry instructions and a unique code to access your condo, which will expire at 11am on your departure date.

This condo is centrally located on South Padre Island close to all of the best dining and entertainment SPI has to offer!



Getting Around:

The South Padre Island Metro is a free bus service that gets you within steps of most areas on South Padre Island. The island also has a "Park and Ride" facility on the South of town. Gulf Blvd., where these condos are located, is also very bike friendly.

Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.



Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $75 plus taxes per pet.



Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.
