Great Short Getaway

Nice beach front condo. Well maintained and nice location to eateries and beach. We didn’t use the pool but it’s small but clean. Condo decor was cute and beachy. We enjoyed ourselves. I didn’t like the offsite check in. Small complaint but everything was good. Plenty of towels which is a must for our group. Can’t beat the view

Oil Blobs & No 2nd Shower

Read the fine print. The listing is misleading. One section says bath & a half, but further down shows 2 full baths. There is no bath/shower in the 2nd bathroom. Door shade missing from Master bedroom so don't plan on sleeping in. No reflection on the property but we stepped in oil blobs on beach multiple times and brought into unit on our shoes. Impossible to remove from our shoes and nothing to remove it from the unit floor. The beach was also littered with litter even with all the trash cans available. Ruined our beach experience.

View and beach access

Loved the view and quick access to the beach. It was super rainy the week we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub. The place was clean and convenient, though.

Absolutely stunning ocean view

I loved this condo. I'll definitely book again. All I wanted to do is have a beautiful view of the ocean while I drink my coffee. We spent most nights watching the moon come up. It was spectacular. Bring a telescope if you have one. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It wasn't to small or to big. We had a access walkway to the beach plus the pool which had a hot tub. It was pretty quite and the other guest were so nice. I can't wait to come back.

Easy and relaxing!

The location was perfect for us, Great balcony chairs with perfect view of sunrise, sand and surf! 2 Pools were refreshing on those hot days! Easy walking distance to beach, Blue Marlin for groceries and good restaurants! Great communication with SPI Rental and VRBO. Would be nice to have a few condiments for cooking ( salt and pepper). Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Some extra blankets would be nice. Otherwise we had everything we needed and will be back!

Exactly as expected

The pictures and the other reviews were spot on. Some updates and a few dated items, but other all it was clean and the deck and view were incredible. The pool is unheated which is common there but as a northern climate person, I didn't think to ask about before renting. So the pool was quite cold in March. Also, the rental company will email you after the booking, but there are no beach towels or many of the smaller things that would be convenient, such as beach chairs, beach toys, coffee filters, Kleenex, etc. This was expected, but it would have been nice to have. We cleaned and left our beach toys in hopes that the next family doesn't have to buy them. Overall, it was a very quiet complex that was very family friendly with a beautiful view. We are very happy we stayed here!

Condo and Views Awesome!

Condo looks exactly like pictures. Great time and ocean front views in the morning, spectacular. Nights on the balcony at night listening to the waves, awesome. The stay was like home.

Family Vacation

We had our family vacation here mid July, two adults with a 3yr old and 8yr old. We really enjoyed the condo and LOVED the location. It overlooks the beach with a beautiful large patio and easy beach access at two locations downstairs. It was clean and comfy. Each bedroom has a TV and the kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal. The only negative I would give has nothing to do with the condo owner, but more the property management company. We were on the fourth floor and the elevator did not work the entire stay. Again we had two kids and a weeks worth of things to carry up and down the stairs. Not to mention coming and going throughout the day. This seems to be an issue that has been ongoing since the June reviews. Hopefully this is resolved soon for future vacationers.

Beautiful view of beach

Pro & cons of our stay PRO * It's right in front of the beach (beautiful view) * The beds were comfortable * Clean Pool * AC worked great *Washer and dryer in the condo CONS *There were small roaches in the kitchen *Water pressure was horrible * The condo only has one shower (I totally read it wrong, I thought it had two) * Elevator was broken during our whole week stay. They did warn us about the elevator before we arrived (3hrs before we arrived) our choices were to cancel our stay and be refunded or a discount of $150 and unfortunately they didn't have another condo available. We were already half way there and took the discount. But it was a big pain to carry everything to the 4th floor including our 1year old. At one point I assume the elevator worked for a day? But on our way out one night we heard a family banging on the elevator door inside THEY GOT STUCK 😳 They weren't in there long thank goodness! But it was my understanding that the HOA wasn't trying to fix it ASAP? Overall it was a nice condo but the elevator was a big issues for us (small kiddos & asthmatic child)

Exactly what we were looking for

Perfect vacation. The view is spectacular, even better than expected, and it was the #1 requirement for the rental. The teenagers had their own room and were able to walk anywhere on the island, or rent scooters. No complaints, which is rare for this group.

Beachhouse II

Beautiful views, very comfortable condo. Easy amble down to the beach and quick walk to beachside restaurant. The washer-dryer was a nice bonus. I was looking for a place for some R&R and definitely found it. I would absolutely go back again.

Great, fun, relaxing!

Location, cleanliness, everything was perfect for our 3 night stay. Beach front property, 2 pools & a hot tub, private balconies, very peaceful all around..unlike other properties we’ve stayed at.
