Summary:

Saida Towers is South Padre Island’s most resort-complete beachfront complex — and this direct Gulf-facing, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 5th floor puts your family right in the middle of it.

Three pools (Pool heating is available for Saida units from November 1 through April 1.), three heated Texas-sized jacuzzis, 24/7 gated security, tennis and pickleball courts, a beachfront bar and grill open on weekends, shuffleboard, private beach access with showers to delete sandy feet, and an in-unit washer and dryer. All of it is directly on the beach.



The Space:

The 5th floor position in Tower 3 gives you direct, unobstructed Gulf views from the living room, both bedrooms, and the oversized beachview patio the kind of view that makes the morning coffee ritual genuinely difficult to rush.



The patio also has an LP gas grill for post-beach cookouts (bring your own propane). Step off the elevator, grab a luggage cart from the rotunda entrance, and you’re unpacked in minutes.



The open floor plan flows from the fully equipped kitchen through the living area and straight out to the patio — no walls cutting off the view or the breeze.



The kitchen has older granite and stainless appliances, but everything works and it is ready to go: all pots, pans, dishes, utensils, plus coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, cooking spray, salt, and pepper to get you started.



The eat-in island is perfect for casual breakfasts or a laptop when you need to knock out some quick work. The family cook stays part of the conversation here rather than tucked away in a separate room.



The living room has leather couches, a large smart TV with local cable (great for sports and news), and a collection of board games for the nights when screens get put down. Every bedroom also has its own flat-screen smart TV.

All hard-surface tile floors run throughout — no carpet, which is a genuine plus for allergy-sensitive guests and makes post-beach cleanup much easier.



Please note there are some exterior repairs being done on the building by the homeowners association Sept 2 to Jan 22 that may cause some daytime noise between 8 am and 5 pm



PLEASE NOTE: Saida III will have an active exterior restoration project Sept. 17, 2026–March 15th, 2027. Some cnstruction noise, dust, scaffolding, workers near windows/balconies, and other construction-related disturbances may occur during your stay.

SLEEPING (Up to 10 Guests)

Master bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom and smart TV.

Second bedroom (the kids’ favorite): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds — sleeps 4 easy, and the layout makes it the most popular room with younger guests.

Third bedroom: Queen bed with smart TV.

For additional guests: a large sectional couch and two rollaway twin beds plus an airbed and pump just in case. Note — the sectional is not a sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy is 10 including infants and babies.

Clean, crisp linens, towels, and pillowcases are provided for all beds. Please bring your own bedding if you plan to use the rollaway beds, couch, or airbed

Right in front of Saida, beach chair and umbrella sets are available daily from 10 AM to 5 PM for $45 cash — no reservation needed, they never run out. No lifeguards are present at the beach or pools, so please plan accordingly.

There is enough green space here to throw a frisbee or football around too. If you plan on using the tennis or pickleball courts please plan on bringing your gear.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Saida’s location is one of the most walkable on the island. Within a few blocks you’ll find Russo’s Italian (great wine, gluten-free pizza, pasta — remarkable value),

Kohnami for hibachi and fresh sushi, Calabas for authentic Mexican tacos, Johnny Rockets, Feldman’s Liquor Store, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.



A little further north but within 2 blockst: Gabriella’s Italian, Yummies (the top-rated breakfast and lunch spot on the island), and for a special night out, Sea Ranch Restaurant on the marina — the blackened redfish is world-class.

Beach Park SPI, the former Schlitterbahn waterpark, is about five minutes away with free parking.

WRISTBAND FEE — MARCH ONLY

During March, the HOA charges a $25 per person non-refundable wristband fee for guests aged 13–33, covering the cost of additional spring break security.

This is not our fee — we simply pre-collect it for your convenience. It will be noted in your booking details and is collected after booking made.



IMPORTANT NOTES

This condo is not a brand-new remodel, but it is clean, well-maintained, and completely functional. We want your expectations set right so your stay exceeds them.

There is no guest parking beyond the 2 free parking & included spaces — this is strictly enforced at the entrance. Please bring a beach wagon for gear; beach towels and beach toys are not provided.

Up to 2 dogs welcome with a $75 per pet fee. Pets must remain off furniture, on a leash at all times on property, and may not be left alone to bark. Sorry - no cats due to owner allergies.



POLICIES

Primary guest must be 23 or older. Guests under 23 require prior approval and a refundable damage deposit. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required after booking — e-signed and emailed.

Door codes are texted to the phone on file by 3 PM on arrival day. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. No loud music, no smoking, no parties — no exceptions. Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the tennis and pickleball courts, and those looking for a casual game can head to the shuffleboard. The beachfront bar and grill is open on weekends. Inside the condo, you'll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, living room with smart TV, and all three bedrooms, each with its own smart TV. Two parking spaces are included. Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island, Saida Towers boasts a prime location with a plethora of conveniences just steps away. Within a short walk, you'll discover a variety of dining options to satisfy any craving. Russo's Italian, known for its delicious Italian fare and gluten-free options, is a convenient choice. For a taste of the East, Kohnami offers fresh sushi and hibachi. Craving authentic Mexican? Calabas is nearby with tasty tacos. You can also find familiar favorites like Johnny Rockets. For your grocery needs, Feldman's Liquor Store is also within walking distance. For breakfast or lunch, Yummies is a local favorite. A bit further north, about a 5-minute drive, is Beach Park SPI, the former Schlitterbahn waterpark. Explore the neighborhood and enjoy the convenience of having everything you need within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Getting around Saida Towers is easy! While you'll likely spend most of your time enjoying the beach and resort amenities, here's some helpful information. Parking is included for two vehicles, but please note there is no guest parking available. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately 30-40 minutes away by car. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. Once you're here, the complex is very walkable, with many restaurants and shops just a short stroll away. Consider using ride-sharing services for exploring further afield on the island. Public transportation options are limited on South Padre Island, so a car is recommended for getting around.
