Panoramic views of Lower Laguna Madre from Living Room and Master Bedroom as well as from a large private balcony. Only steps to the boat docks and swimming pools. Sunset Condominiums offers a heated pool, non-heated pool, hot tub, boat, and fishing docks, fish cleaning station with fresh water, gated and covered parking (one parking spot per guest), elevators. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores.
For additional monthly fee ($70) you can join Sunset Health Club (very popular on the island). Our health club offers all cardio equipment, weights, tennis court, basketball court, 2 racquetball courts.
Master bedroom has king bed with wall-to-wall sliding patio door with beautiful views of the pools, docks and Lower Laguna Madre and palm trees. It has its own bathroom with two sinks and shower/tub handicapped enclosure.
Another bedroom has king bed.
3rd Bedroom has views of The Gulf of Mexico. Also, king size bed.
Kitchen nicely decorated and well lighted with LED lights. Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, MW and DW). Lots of pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and utensils for dining in.
