This condo is part of a 3-story building with 6 identical units. Booking for a group or not seeing your dates? Message us—we may have availability in another unit and can help coordinate multi-unit stays.

ACCESSIBILITY: This unit is on the first floor, however there is a single step up from the ground level into the home, which may not make it ideal for wheelchair access.

CHECKIN: No need to worry about keys, as you`ll receive a unique code to access the smart lock.

PARKING: You will have two dedicated parking spaces in the front parking lot.

ISLAND TIPS & LOCAL INFO:
- Beach Access #12 (Bay Dream) is a 2-minute walk
- Cafe on the Beach is across the street
- Shops, restaurants & entertainment district are a 2-minute drive
- Island tap water isn’t great – we provide bottled water at check-in

Tuesdays @ Louie’s Backyard – 9:15 PM
Thursdays @ Isla Grand Resort – 9:15 PM
Fridays & Saturdays @ Clayton’s or Courtyard Marriott – 9:00 PM
