"Marcia is a phenomenal host and her North Phoenix condo was the perfect location for our needs as we transitioned our daughters to college at GCU. I was most impressed at how well the condo was stocked. Need a ziplock baggie? It’s there, all the spices, plenty of cookware, beach towels for the pool. The list goes on. We appreciated Marcia’s top-notch communication as well as the fact that the pool was steps from the unit. Would 100 percent stay here again! "

"This upstairs condo unit was exactly what we needed for a winter getaway to Phoenix. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do and we really enjoyed the community hot tub after a long desert hike. The unit was stocked well and clean. Communication with the manager was easy and they were very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. "
